President

Michael has served as President of Vesta for the past 20 years. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial property management, Mike oversees the management and amenity services for all large-scale Vesta residential communities. He also had the day-to-day management and responsibility for the company’s largest community, with 13,000 residents. Mike integrates his management experience into existing and new business opportunities. His experience and education are noteworthy: he was elected to the West Palm Beach City Commission, and served as Mayor. He was the city’s Director of Planning, Zoning and Community Development prior to running for public office. While with the city, he was responsible for the creation, adoption, and administration of the city’s Master Plan and oversaw all zoning applications. He has an undergraduate degree in Construction Technology and is a graduate of Purdue University with a Master’s degree in Transportation and Urban Planning. He holds a State of Florida General Contractor’s License, State of Florida Community Association Manager’s License and State of Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. Mike served in the Army in the mid-1960s, both stateside and at duty stations in Southeast Asia.
