Vesta utilizes only in-house trained licensed managers, and if your master planned community is large enough, Vesta will have a trained onsite manager to take the community through transition. Vesta’s managers are dedicated to ensuring that the new home owners experience is maximized through exceptional customer service.
The property management service includes routinely inspecting the property, supervising maintenance activities, ensuring contractor performance to agreed upon scopes of work, enforcing covenant and restrictions and security and access management to just highlight of few. In addition, Vesta’s provides industry best accounting and bookkeeping services. The Vesta team is highly trained and has in depth knowledge of budgeting, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, tax and audit preparation, financial statements, collections, deficit funding tracking, and payroll processing.
Lastly, Vesta’s administrative team provides services in support of the community’s residents and developer officers. Those services include comprehensive office record keeping and file maintenance, facilitation of the application process for sales and leases, form processing including architectural compliance, preparation and filing of state reports, and management of association insurance needs.
