One of the many services we provide as a courtesy to realtors are “Realtor Packs” for potential purchasers in our managed associations. These packs may include:
- Q&A Sheet (as mandated by Florida Statute if the association is a condominium)
- The previous fiscal year’s closing balance sheet and profit and loss statement
- The current fiscal year budget
- Adopted Rules & Regulations
- Application to Purchase (if applicable)
