    Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance, and currently provides financial oversight and management at a property with 7,200 condominiums and a $16 million annual operating budget located in Delray Beach, Florida. She manages a staff of 125 on-site employees, including accounts payable, property managers, and the balance of the staff, which includes, but is not limited to, maintenance, housekeeping, and golf employees. As a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), she works closely with community organizations, including the board of directors, and all other on-site committees.
