Vesta Opens Associations Office in St. Petersburg

Vesta’s Community/Association Management team has opened a new Regional Office in downtown St. Petersburg at 449 Central Avenue, Suite 105, St. Pete, FL 33701. Vice President Sean Foley said the location was chosen because “it is located in the middle of the Central Business District and is prime for visibility.” Sean said the office “will serve as the main hub for the West Central Division operations. The Five Towns and Trinity offices will serve as satellite locations.” Asked for his outlook on Community Management growth in this region, Sean said, “The area hosts 11,000-plus residential units. There are no other physical offices of our competition in the area. We believe this gives us an edge as we are accessible here downtown.”
