CAI Northeast Florida 2019 Expo and Education Day

Why you NEED to go…

You won’t want to miss this! CAI Northeast Florida Chapter’s Annual Education Day & Expo, designed to bridge the gap between homeowners, board members, managers, and the business partners that support them. The Expo is no ordinary trade show. Every year CAI Northeast Florida chooses a theme and produces an exceptional trade show experience. This year’s theme is “Draft a Winning Team for your Community.” Each booth will be participating in best booth design and best costume that fits the theme competitions. 

There will be FREE Education Classes available to registered attendees from 9:00 AM – 11:15 AM and from 2:00 PM – 4:15 PM; 60 vendor expo booths to visit from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, raffle prize giveaways, and Happy Hour at 4:00 PM.

​The trade show is FREE to HOA Board Members and Managers.  Only those CAI Business Partners purchasing a booth will be allowed on the Exhibit floor and only those Business Partners purchasing a sponsorship will be allowed to attend their sponsored event.  Please review the suitcasing policy below.

​Self-parking is free at the hotel.  Each registered CAM, HOA Board Member and Exhibitor  will also receive one free drink ticket (soft drink or select alcoholic beverage).
