In addition, Vesta provides industry best accounting and bookkeeping services. The Vesta team is highly trained and has in-depth knowledge of budgeting, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, tax and audit preparation, financial statements, collections and payroll processing.
Lastly, Vesta’s administrative team provides services in support of the community’s residents and officers. Those services include: comprehensive office record keeping and file maintenance, facilitation of the application process for sales and leases, form processing, including architectural compliance, preparation and filing of state reports, and management of association insurance needs.
