As a result of a recent large acquisition in the Naples/Fort Myers market, a new South West Region for the Community Management Division is formed. With this acquisition, the Community Management Division has grown by over 40%, and now is managing more than 240 contracts and 40,000 homes.

The new Southwest Region will be led by Jim O’Donnell, who will be joining the Vesta team immediately. Jim is a Fort Myers resident with more than 17 years of Amenity and Association Management experience. Jim has managed both developer- and owner-controlled associations. His portfolio of management experience ranges from small single family communities to large master planned associations and high-rise condominiums. He has managed as many as 1,400 units in a single portfolio and prides himself on prompt attentive service. Jim is a licensed CAM who holds Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) certifications from the Community Association Institute.
