The Northeast Region of the Community Management Division is excited to announce its new client in St. Johns County, Markland. Markland at buildout will consist of 355 single family custom home sites located off of International Golf Parkway in St. Augustine. Hines, a leading global real estate investment and community development company, is developing Markland. Vesta has signed an 18-month contract to manage their POA, which went into effect July 1. Aimee Kirlan, Portfolio Manager, will be managing this community out of our World Golf Village office.
