The Southwest Florida Region of the Community Management Division is pleased to announce a new addition to our portfolio.
Ascot at Pelican Landing is a 48 door homeowners association, located in the Pelican Landing Community Association, in Bonita Springs. The Board of Directors has signed an agreement effective January 5, 2019. Grant Giddens, whose effective management of other properties in Pelican Landing led to our securing of this contract, will be the CAM assigned to this development. We will be providing full property management and accounting services.
