CAPE CORAL, FL (May 5, 2020) – The Southwest Region of Vesta’s Community Management Division is proud to announce the addition of FOUR new clients! Willow Creek in North Fort Myers, Calusa Ridge on Pine Island in Lee County, Bella Vista in Cape Coral, and Whiskey Creek II in Fort Myers. Vesta will be providing full management services for all four clients.
About the Communities
Willow Creek is a community comprised of 124 lots and 122 homes located in North Fort Myers. Willow Creek mostly features midsize homes that are very reasonably priced. This community dates back to 1990 and has continued to develop over the years.
Calusa Ridge is a new development that upon final build out will be a 40 unit community located in the unincorporated community of Bokeelia on Pine Island in Lee County.
Bella Vista is a 20 unit condominium association located in Cape Coral. This association boasts stunning water views and is conveniently located close to restaurants, entertainment, water activities.
Last but certainly not least, Whiskey Creek II is a condominium association located in Fort Myers and is comprised of eight buildings and 168 units.
