JACKSONVILLE, FL (January 4, 2021) – Vesta’s Community Management Division is pleased to announce the addition of five new clients in the Southeast region, Condo One – Land of the Presidents, The Vineyard of Boca Raton, Winchester Courts HOA, Coach Houses of Town Place & Palmyra Estates Homeowners Association.
About The Association’s
Condo One – Land of the Presidents is a 44-unit condo association. It is a low-rise building with a pool and 24-hour security on the premises.
The Vineyard of Boca Raton is a quaint gated development located in West Boca Raton. The community is surrounded on three sides by nature preserves. This community is compromised of 68 private homes with a clubhouse, pool. and gym for the owners.
Winchester Courts HOA is located in Palm Beach Gardens, compromised of 35 buildings and 140 units.
Coach Houses of Town Place is a townhome-style community compromised of 252 owners and two pools. The community is known for its scenic walking paths around numerous lakes, as well as their walking distance proximity to the Boca Raton Swim and Racquet Club and the premier shopping destination, Town Center Mall in Boca Raton.
Palmyra Estates Homeowners Association is a gated community consisting of 204 private single-family homes with pool, clubhouse, gym, playground and bike paths around the community.
