JKPM is a boutique property management company that has specialized in residential and commercial property management, with a passionate focus on homeowners and condominium associations.

With this acquisition, Vesta inherits more than 50 rental management contracts, servicing more than 4,000 residents in South Florida. JKPM was already recognized as one of the Top Management Companies by the South Florida Business Journal for several years, and will now operate under the Vesta name at the same Hollywood office location. Jill Koch has more than 20 years of experience in property management and will serve as General Manager for Vesta in the South Florida region. Jill is also involved in her community, currently serving as President of her synagogue and supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
