About The Association
Waterway Townhouse is a condominium located in Satellite Beach that was established in 1973. There are a total of 113 units located on 13 acres of land adjacent to a canal leading to the Banana River. Of the 113 units, 64 units have assigned boat docks/slips. Other amenities include a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts as well as a boardwalk along the canal for an amazing evening stroll.
