About Jill
Vesta is excited to highlight Jill, who is the General Manager of our Hollywood, FL office.
Jill Koch has been involved in property management for more than 20 years. In 2014, Jill launched her own boutique property management firm, JK Property Management. As President, the company grew to service more than 50 communities and more than 4,000 residents in South Florida. Jill sold JK Property Management to Vesta Property Services in December 2020. When asked why she sold her company, Jill stated:
“I sold to Vesta because they are a family and have the same goals. Working with Vesta has been a great joy and it has reaffirmed that the sale of JK Property Management was the right step.”
