The Southwest Florida Region of the Community Management Division is excited to announce a new association client.
Windsor Place at Berkshire Lakes is a 116-unit condominium located in East Naples. Philippe Gabart will be their new manager. Thanks to Philippe’s excellent work in Newcastle, we received a strong recommendation from the Newcastle Board which made for an easy decision at Windsor Place. The board has signed a three-year agreement effective June 1, 2017. We will be providing full property management service and look forward to the start of another new long term relationship.
