For Developers
Our management team includes executives who have worked at the highest level within the real estate development industry. As a result of this experience, we have established a Developer Services team to support the needs of our developer-controlled associations.
Vesta utilizes only in-house trained licensed managers, including onsite managers on the larger accounts, dedicated to ensuring their clients receive experienced management and exceptional customer service.
The property management service includes routinely inspecting the property, supervising maintenance activities, ensuring contractor performance to agreed upon scopes of work, enforcing covenant and restrictions and security and access management to just highlight of few. In addition, Vesta’s provides industry best accounting and bookkeeping services. The Vesta team is highly trained and has in depth knowledge of budgeting, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, tax and audit preparation, financial statements, collections and payroll processing.
Lastly, Vesta’s administrative team provides services in support of the community’s residents and officers. Those services include comprehensive office record keeping and file maintenance, facilitation of the application process for sales and leases, form processing including architectural compliance, preparation and filing of state reports, and management of association insurance needs.
