Hi! I’m Brenda Grochowski, Brenda Grochowski, LCAM, Regional General Manager at Vesta Property Services. I manage various regions across the state that include: Central, East Central, South, Southeast, and Southwest.

I have been in the Community Association Management field since 2012 and have been with Vesta Property Services since 2018. I started as a Community Association Manager for Brevard County, and in 2020, was promoted to the Operations Manager of the Melbourne, FL Branch. In 2022, I grew into a corporate position as the Director of Business Development, covering several area divisions statewide, until entering my new role as Regional General Manager.
