Vesta’s newly acquired Cape Coral office is excited to announce a new contract. This is the first new contract since being acquired in 2017 and an important step forward for the region. Van Loon Business Park has awarded Vesta the contract to provide full-service management of their 26-unit commercial condominium starting May 1, 2018. Mike Yacovelli will manage the account.
