Three Horizons East Condominium Association. Inc., have agreed to hire Vesta as their Property Management Company. Three Horizons is a 89-unit condominium that recently awarded Vesta a one-year contract to manage the community that was formally managed by Best Way PMC. Vesta was selected from a list of three companies that were invited to bid. Hamid Medrano will be the CAM supporting the Three Horizons contract.
