Portofino Property Owner Association in Pelican Preserve, is a homeowner association located in Fort Myers, FL. The Board has signed a one-year agreement starting on December 1, 2015. Ken Casey will be the CAM assigned to this beautiful community.
Sunset Gulf Condominium Association, is a mid-rise tower located within Bayside Master Association (a current client) on Fort Myers Beach. Their Board has signed a two-year agreement starting on January 1, 2016. This Association is the sister building to Manatee Bay, also a current client. Lee Ann Rosengarten is the Community Association Manager (CAM) for Manatee Bay and her excellent work with both Manatee Bay and the Bayside Master were instrumental in bringing this new client on board.
“Excellent job Lee Ann,” O’Donnell said. “She will be the new CAM for Sunset Gulf as well. In connection with the Sunset Gulf agreement, we were also awarded a two-year contract for Waterside Dock Association a 43-slip dockominium located within the Bayside Master Association on Fort Myers Beach,” O’Donnell said.
