Creekside at Grand Haven is a new commercial business condominium association located in Palm Coast and is owned by a board member of an existing client. It will consist of 6 buildings at build-out and will come on board on July 1, 2019. They have signed a three year agreement & we will provide full service accounting to this new association until more hands-on management is needed.
Creekside Townhomes at Westlake is a new townhome development inside the Master Association of Plantation Bay and will be comprised of fifteen 4-unit buildings totaling 60 units when fully built out. Due to our relationship with the developer, they have signed a three year agreement beginning on April 1, 2019, and we will be providing full property management and accounting services. Rhiannon Magnuson will be the CAM assigned to this association. This becomes the 6th association that Vesta manages inside Plantation Bay.
