The Northeast Region of the Community Management Division is excited to announce its new client in Volusia County, Diamond Head. Diamond Head consists of twin 10 story buildings housing 64 units with a deep-water marina on the Intercoastal Waterway in New Smyrna Beach. Vesta has signed an 18-month agreement to manage their COA, effective July 1. Roselle Johnson and Maria Michaud will be servicing and supporting this community.
