New Growth for the Northeast!

The Northeast Region of the Community Management Division is pleased to announce two new contracts as a result of a new developer relationship with CalAtlantic Homes.  The contracts are in Nocatee Florida, just south of Jacksonville.  Artisan Lakes which is a 55 and better community will have 196 homes and Villas at Nocatee will have 90 homes at full build out.  These properties will be serviced out of Vesta’s Flagler Beach office.
