The Southeast Florida Region of the Community Management Division continues to solidify their relationship with Lennar. We are happy to announce the addition of two new Lennar developments. At completion, Los Prados Homeowners Association will have 82 homes and Verdana Estates Homeowners Association will have 46 homes. Lennar has signed one-year agreements and we will be providing full property management services at both properties. Both beautiful communities are located in Miami and will be managed by Ingrid Hazoury.
