The Southeast Region of the Community Management Division is excited to announce its new client, Presidential Estates. Presidential Estates is a 137 high end single family home community in Palm Beach County, Florida. Vesta has signed a three-year agreement to manage their HOA, effective July 1. Linda Roman will be the CAM with Maria Scarduelli taking a strong secondary management role.
