The Southwest Florida Region of the Community Management Division is excited to announce a new association client.
Cypress Bend Homeowners Association is a 32 home association located in Fort Myers within Shadow Wood Preserve. This is the final neighborhood to be developed in the community. Vesta manages all of the associations within the community. Thanks to James Tanigawa’s past and present work in the community, it was an easy decision for the new Board. The Board has signed a three year agreement effective April 1, 2017. Vesta will be providing full property management service and look forward to the start of another new long term relationship!
