Indian Landing Homeowners Association is a 160-door community comprised of duplexes, triplexes, and single-family homes. The community is a beautiful ocean to river community with a fishing pier and private ocean access located in Melbourne Beach. The board signed a one-year agreement that will begin March 1st, and we will be providing full CAM services. We are very excited to add this gorgeous community to our ever-growing portfolio!
