BOCA RATON, FL (May 6, 2020) – The Southeast Region of Vesta’s Community Management Division is thrilled to announce the addition of two impressive new clients in Boca Raton, Lake Windwood V and Presidential Way. The Windwood development in Palm Beach County consists of over 20 separate condominium association buildings. Presidential Way is a master association that oversees 14 sub-associations within their gates. Vesta will be providing full management services to both clients.
About the Associations
Lake Windwood V will be Vesta’s second client within the Windwood Development in Boca Raton. This development is gated with walking paths, multiple community pools, playgrounds and is within walking distance to the FAU campus.
Presidential Way is located conveniently in West Palm Beach near the Palm Beach Outlets. The master association oversees 14 sub-associations within their gates.
