The Southwest Florida Region of the Vesta’s Community Management Division has announces two new Association clients in beautiful Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach.
Glen Abbey Villas Homeowners’ Association in Fiddlesticks Country Club is a 34-unit HOA located in Fort Myers. The Board has signed a one-year agreement starting on March 1, 2016. Tom Boehm will be the CAM assigned to this beautiful community.
Seaside Condominium Association is a 50-unit mid-rise condo/hotel tower located on Fort Myers Beach. The Board has signed a three-year agreement starting on February 1, 2016. Sue Johnson will be the CAM assigned to this dynamic property.
