The West Central Florida Region of the Community Management Division is excited to announce a new association with GL Homes for their newest community, located in Pasco County.
The Homeowners Association is located in Wesley Chapel and when completed will be home to 562 owners known as the “New Tampa,” The Board signed the agreement effective March 1, 2016. The luxury-home community will feature single family homes from 1,700 square feet to nearly 5,000 square feet. The first closings will take place this month and construction is scheduled to begin on an opulent amenity center featuring a nearly 12,000-s.f. Clubhouse with supporting open areas and programmed space. David Pickett will be the initial CAM assigned to this new community until the Clubhouse is completed, at which time the community will have access to a full-time onsite manager.
The WC Team currently manages Valencia Lakes in Hillsborough County, which is approaching nearly 1300 homes and is one of the area’s award winning 55 or Better Communities. The entire WC team was excited to work with the GL Homes once again.
