The East Central Division of Vesta Property Services is pleased to announce the addition of a new homeowners association.
Amberwood/Wellington at Bayside Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. will start with us December 1. It is a homeowners association with 231 homes in Palm Bay. We will be providing full property management services. Brenda Grochowski will be the CAM assigned for this beautiful property.
