Beyond our strategic consulting role, Vesta expects to continue on with the development by serving as the manager of both its master association and amenity facilities and programs, thereby helping to ensure a smooth, cohesive operation of the master planned community (although this part has yet to be formalized). In addition, the developers hope to eventually replicate their vision via joint ventures at other potential regional, national, and international locations, which Vesta would love to be a part of as well!”
