The North Central Florida Region of Vesta’s Community Management Division is pleased to announce two new additions to their portfolio.
Breckenridge Residents Association is a 30 door homeowners association in Gainesville, FL. The Board of Directors has signed a two year agreement effective January 1, 2019, for full property management and maintenance services.
Brookfield Association is a 159 door homeowners association also in Gainesville, FL. The Board of Directors has signed a two year agreement effective January 1, 2019, for full property management and maintenance services.
CAMs have not yet been assigned for either client as of yet, but this is a great win for the entire Gainesville team! Congratulations to the North Central Florida team for the group effort!
