About the Communities
Verona Oceanside is a Property Owners Association located in Ormond by the Sea. This community is an ICI Homes development with whom Vesta has an existing relationship. Currently, Verona Oceanside is a single-family association, but will ultimately also offer townhomes. This association offers beachside luxury and community living conveniently located near quaint shopping and dining with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Vesta will be providing full management services.
City Centre Building Condominium Association is a premier 3-story office building located in Town Center in the hear of Palm Coast near City Hall. The building boasts over 50,000 square feet! Vesta will be providing full janitorial services.
Chiumento Dwyer Hertel Grant is one of the top law firms in Palm Coast, located within the City Centre Building Condominium. The prestigious offices total nearly 5,000 square feet and occupy one half of the third floor. The offices overlook Town Center’s Central Park fountain and lake.
