Vesta Property Services is proud to announce that it has acquired Morbitzer Communities LLC. Morbitzer is located in Daytona Beach, FL and has been in that market for over 18 years.
The employees and contracts will be managed by the Northeast Region of the Community Management Division under Lea Stokes; Vice President of the Northeast Region. With this acquisition, the Northeast Region will now exceed $2m in revenue after only having been formed in the last 12 months.
Morbitzer has 29 contracts, which include a dozen high-rise residences. This acquisition represents Vesta’s first significant entry to the high-rise management market, and we are excited to build upon Morbitzer’s expertise as we target this market segment in other Regions across the state.
