About The Association
Greensward Condo One is located inside the prestigious Seagate-Hamlet Country Club in Delray Beach (2020 host to the KPGM Womens’ PGA Tournament). This condo consists of 104 units within six separate two story buildings, which includes their own clubhouse, manager’s office, and pool.
