JACKSONVILLE, FL (April 22, 2021) – Vesta’s District Services Division DPFGMC is pleased to announce the addition of several new clients in the greater Tampa Bay metro area, Orlando metro area, and Fort Myers.
About The Districts
Over the last 8 months, we have added seven new CDD clients encompassing more than 7,200 lots. These new CDD clients are located in the greater Tampa Bay metro area, Orlando metro area, and Fort Myers. In addition, the office has worked on nine CDD bond financings, including the District mixed-use development in downtown Jacksonville, funding approximately $100 million in public infrastructure (e.g., roads, water, sewer, amenities, landscape, etc.). On all of those bond deals our office serves as District Manager and Assessment Consultant.
