Grand Oaks (a Weseman Builders Community) is located in Southwest Gainesville. The community will feature a community pool and the homes will range from the low to mid $300K. The first phase is set for 126 lots. Once complete, there will be over 300 homes within the community. Vesta will be providing full management services.
