JACKSONVILLE, FL (May 20, 2021) – Vesta’s Community Management Division is pleased to announce the addition of a new clients in the Southwest region, Black Bear Ridge, Oakwood at Grandezza Neighborhood, Oakwood I at Grandezza Condominium & Seychelles II Condominium.
About The Association’s
Black Bear Ridge is located along the rapidly growing Collier Boulevard in Naples, Black Bear Ridge consists of 100 single-family homes.
Oakwood at Grandezza Neighborhood & Oakwood I at Grandezza Condominium are returning to Vesta Property Services after approximately three and a half years apart, are returning to the Vesta portfolio. Located within the Grandezza Master Property Owners Association, a long-time, valued client of Vesta, Oakwood I consist of 60 condominiums. The Oakwood Neighborhood Association is a POA which encompasses Oakwood I and Oakwood II.
Seychelles II Condominium Association is currently under development by Neal Communities, Seychelles II will eventually consists of 80 condominiums located within the Seychelles development in East Naples.
