Vesta Property Services today announced the acquisition of Preferred Management Services Inc. (PMSI), provider of community association and commercial management services in Northeast Florida. Lea Stokes, who founded PMSI in 1995, will continue to lead the day-to-day operations of the newly formed Northeast Region for Vesta’s Community Management Division.
The acquisition adds more than 4,000 residential units and 16 commercial parks to Vesta’s management portfolio and, combined with their existing operations throughout the state of Florida, expands Vesta Property Services’ presence in the Northeast Florida region.

Beginning in early 2017, PMSI will officially transition to Vesta Property Services.
